The Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) Risk Assessment for Nevis was completed and published in September 2024. The NPO Risk Assessment evaluated the terrorist financing (TF) risks impacting the Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) sector and was conducted by the Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC) – Nevis Branch. This assessment aligns with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendation 8 and aims to safeguard the NPO sector from potential abuse for financing terrorism.
