FIRST FIDELITY TRUST LIMITED

ACTION: REVOCATION OF LICENCE

The Nevis Financial Services Regulation and Supervision Department hereby advises that the licences of First Fidelity Trust Limited to act as Registered Agent in accordance with the provisions of the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance Cap 7.01 (NBCO), the Nevis International Exempt Trust Ordinance, Cap 7.03 (NIETO) and the Nevis Limited Liability Company Ordinance, Cap 7.04 (NLLCO) have been REVOKED.

Members of the public are asked to guided accordingly.

This advisory is being made pursuant to Section 32 (3) (b) and (c) of the Financial Services Regulatory Commission Act, Cap 21.10.
