GUARDIAN TRUST COMPANY LIMITED
ACTION: REVOCATION OF LICENCE

The Nevis Financial Services Regulation and Supervision Department hereby advises that the licence for Guardian Trust Company Limited to provide general trust and management services and to act as Registered Agent in accordance with the provisions of the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance Cap 7.01 (NBCO), the Nevis International Exempt Trust Ordinance Cap 7.03 (NIETO) and the Nevis Limited Liability Companies Ordinance Cap 7.04 (NLLCO) has been revoked.

Members of the public are asked to be guided accordingly. This advisory is being made pursuant to Section 32 (3) (b) of the Financial Services Regulatory Commission Act, 2009, as amended.
