The Financial Services Regulatory Commission – Nevis Branch’s (FSRC – Nevis Branch) attention has been brought to a reproduction of a Certificate of Incorporation for Mindwalk, Ltd and an Endorsement Certificate for Mindwalk, Ltd which purport to have been issued by the Registrar of Corporations in accordance with the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance, 2017 on the 19th day of June, 2018.
The FSRC – Nevis Branch can confirm that Mindwalk, Ltd and Mindwalk Ltd have never been incorporated as corporations in the island of Nevis.
Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise caution if presented with the above mentioned altered copies of certificates bearing the names Mindwalk, Ltd and Mindwalk Ltd.
